Terms and Conditions

  1. The Awards and the associated logos, publications, questionnaires and the web site www.customerexperienceawards.com are the intellectual property of Awards Management Ltd.
  2. All information received from entrants will be treated as confidential, and will not be shared or disclosed with any person or organisation other than for assessment and judging as part of the awards process without express prior permission.
  3. Entries must be in English and received by 5.00pm on Friday 15th June 2007. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered for any Awards.
  4. The Awards are open to commercial, not-for-profit or charitable organisations of any size, operating in the UK, that have been trading for at least one year (trading prior to 31st May 2006). The Awards organisers, their partners, sponsors, suppliers to the Awards, and any wholly owned subsidiaries of the above are excluded from entering.
  5. Entrants must be authorised to enter their organisation into the Awards programme. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide the relevant information for their entry, which will become the property of the organisers and will not be returned.
  6. The organisers reserve the right to audit any or all information supplied by an entrant and each entrant agrees to assist the organisers in any such audit in every way possible. In the case of any entrant knowingly providing false information, the organisers reserve the right to withdraw any award to that organisation, to publicise the withdrawal and present the award to another entrant.
  7. Entrants are responsible for making appropriate arrangements to protect any intellectual property associated with their entry.
  8. Entrants agree to reasonable use of their name in publicity and reporting about the Awards, including coverage in the Awards supplement in the Sunday Times.
  9. Entry does not grant an organisation rights to use the Awards name, logo or images without the express written approval of the organisers. Award winners may be granted permission to use an Awards logo for a limited period to promote their achievement.
  10. The Awards organisers reserve the right to alter award categories, or the number of awards made, in the light of the entries received.
  11. The Awards organisers reserve the right not to select a shortlist, or a winner, in any category/ies where they consider that eligible entries do not meet a high enough standard.
  12. The decision of the Assessors will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
