Customer Experience Awards
Entry for the 2008 the Awards is all done via this portal
In the first instance, register your interest.
When the Awards are launched, you will receive an email with a secure web link (URL) to access your online self-assessment questionnaire. This URL, unique to your organisation, may be shared with colleagues within your organisation to allow them to contribute to your submission.
The self-assessment questionnaire examines key capabilities of delivering superior customer experiences through a series of questions and prompts for evidence of best practice.
The questionnaire comprises three sections:
- Information about the entrant organisation
- Data about different aspects of delivering superior customer experiences
- Solicits information about how you deliver your customer experiences.
All entrants are required to complete and submit the 2008 Customer Experience Awards self-assessment questionnaire by no later than June 15 2008.
