Winners announced!

At a glittering gala dinner, the winners of the 2007 Customer Experience Awards were announced.

Top prize went to Bromford Housing Group, the housing association based in the West Midlands. A previous entrant, Bromford also picked up the the Public, Voluntary and Charitable sector award. The judges were hugely impressed with how well a highly committed staff actively engage with their customers and deliver very high levels of service.

The Henley Customer Experience Leadership Award was won by Professor Mike Chester who heads up the National Refractory Angina Centre in Liverpool. Mike has gone about his personal challenge, to move the NHS to a customer focused way of working with a passion that embraces everything he does. Just as important, he has shown that this approach delivers real results in both healthcare outcomes and patient satisfaction.
