Shortlist announced

The shortlist for the 2007 UK Customer Experience Awards has been announced.

Following much deliberation and number crunching, the judges have selected the organisations that have been shortlisted for the 2007 UK Customer Experience Awards. They are:

National Savings & Investments – Government backed savings, based in London

Cougar Automation – Supply and installation of automation systems bsed in Waterlooville, Hampshire

Mouchel Parkman – technical and commercial services to public and regulated industries, based in West Byfleet, Surrey

Public & Charitable Sector

Bromford Housing Association – Housing association based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands

National Refractory Angina Centre – Specialist NHS centre for severe angina sufferers, based in Liverpool, Merseyside

National Savings & Investments – Government backed savings, based in London

NCFE – Education & training charity, based in Newcastle, Tyne & Wear

Retail & Consumer Services

Betfair – Online betting service, based in London

Fujitsu Business Services – Support for Virgin Media

Eaga – solutions addressing environmental, energy efficiency and social challenges, based in Newcastle, Tyne & Wear

Small Business

Live Smart @ Home – Sale & rental of affordable property, based in Wetherby, Yorkshire

Network First – Network support & maintenance, based in Redditch, Worcestershire

Rollover – Supplier of hot dog equipment & consumables, based in Reading, Berkshire

Judging teams will now visit each of the companies to test further their credentials for the Award.
