Leadership Award Shortlist
The shortlist has been selected for the Award's first ever Customer Experience Leadership Award, sponsored by Henley Management College.The shortlist was drawn from people nominated by colleagues and customers for their outstanding contribution to improving their organisation’s customer experience.
The three forming the shortlist are:
- David Bird, Group Customer Service Director, National Express Group
- Professor Mike Chester, Consultant, National Refractory Angina Centre
- Simon Heath, Deputy Head of Operations, Kaupthing, Singer & Friedlander Premium Finance
The nominees will be grilled by a panel of Henley academics and award assessors on the 15th October. The panel will examine three areas of leadership: their passion for the customer, how they influence how the organisation works and the results they deliver. The winner will be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner at the Cafe Royal on 7th November and featured in a special supplement of the Sunday Times published on the 11th November.
