Extension to Leadership Awards entry

Following requests from a number of companies, entry for the Henley Customer Experience Leadership Awards has been extended to 31st August 2007.

Commenting on the extension, AML explained “Administration of the main Awards involves setting up and running a series of site visits, taking time out of the schedule. The process for assessing the Henley Customer Experience Leadership Awards is simpler, with a day designated for interviews with short-listed candidates. This provides an opportunity for people to take more time with the Awards.”

So if you know someone, including yourself, that has made a significant impact on customer experience, nominate them for the Award. The entry form is in the section About the Awards
