Awards winners feature in major conference

European Customer Management World taking place in London on 14-17 May features several speakers associated with the Awards.

Held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, ECMW includes several speakers associated with the UK Customer Experience Awards. Amongst the line up are former winners:

Professor Moira Clark of the Henley Centre for Customer Management and an assesor for the Awards will present some of her latest research into what drives good customer experiences.
