Henley Customer Experience Leadership Award

This new Award for 2007 recognises the important contribution of those individuals that have demonstrated a passion for and a track record of improving their organisation’s customer experience. We all know that leadership makes a difference by inspiring others and delivering results, which in the context of the Award are improved customer experiences leading to superior financial performance.

Making such a contribution is not restricted to Chief Executives and other senior managers; in all organisations there are numerous opportunities for leadership. The winner may be a team leader, line manager of a business division or head of a call centre. Equally, it may be an individual, who, through their dedication, commitment and performance is a role models for others.

Nominate yourself – or someone else

If you, or someone you know, deserves recognition for their contribution to improving an organisation’s customer experience, then nominate them for the Henley Customer Experience Leadership Award. You do not have to enter the full awards to enter the Henley Customer Experience Leadership Award.

The entry fee for this Award is free for companies making a full entry into the Awards, otherwise it is £50 plus VAT (£58.75).

References and any mystery shopping will precede the selection which will be made in the week commencing 4th September. Short listed candidates may be called for interview that week.
