2007 UK Customer Experience Awards Dinner
Located next to Piccadilly Circus in the heart of London’s West End, Café Royal is the grand setting for this year’s Awards Dinner to be held on Wednesday 7th November 2007.
Established in 1865 by a Parisian wine merchant, Café Royal quickly earned a reputation for its exquisite French cuisine and soon provided London with the finest food and drink that France and the world had to offer. Fully restored to its former Victorian grandeur over recent years, Café Royal has a deserved reputation for quality and style, making it an ideal setting for an event celebrating excellence in service.
The black tie evening combines excitement and enjoyment in equal measures, making it an ideal opportunity to entertain customers or reward your hard working staff.
The main event follows a haute cuisine meal with wine when the winners of the Awards are announced. The tension will be evident as the golden envelopes are opened and the winners revealed.
Click to book your places at the Dinner. Discounts apply to sales of two or more tickets and for tables of ten. For more information, contact the Awards help line on 01902 311649.
Building & Sustaining Customer Excellence
Henley Management College
4 December 2007
Drawing on the vast amount of knowledge and experience gained from being involved in the UK Customer Experience Awards, as well as thought leadership gained form Henley’s Centre for Customer Management, Henley has developed, in conjunction with Award’s Partner Clicktools, a one day conference exploring the dynamics of building and sustaining service excellence. Many of the programme speakers have entered the Awards and therefore have direct experience of delivering service excellence. This ‘hands on’ programme demonstrates the practises of ‘best of breed’!
