Award Categories
Organisations enter in one of six, industry based Awards categories:
- Business to Business Services – includes logistics and business services
- Retail and Consumer Services – includes travel and utilities
- Financial Services – includes banks, building societies, insurance and investment services
- Manufacturing / Engineering – includes construction and process industries
- Public, Voluntary and Charitable Services – includes government, education, charities and not-for-profit organisations
- Small Businesses – for organisations employing up to 50 people
Small Business entrants can select which of the categories they wish to be benchmarked against.
The overall winner of the 2007 Pipex Customer Experience Awards is drawn from the shortlisted companies of each of the Award Categories.
